Astoria Growth Partners
We help private business owners transition to the next chapter with confidence and peace of mind
We are two entrepreneurs backed by world-class investors, focused on acquiring and growing one exceptional business for the long run. Our goal is simple: preserve your legacy, care for your people, and build upon what you’ve created
Finding the right buyer is hard...
It is difficult to entrust your life's work and your people to a new owner.
Most institutional buyers will lead your businesses from an ivory tower in a distant city, hire a CEO you will never meet to lead your people, and shift focus to the next deal for their portfolio before yours closes.
Your business shouldn't be treated like just another deal. You deserve more than just the highest bidder.

Our Process
1
Intro meeting
Email us or schedule a short phone or video call with us to spend some time getting to know each other. We will hear your story, learn about your company, and listen to your goals to understand if there is a fit.
2
Initial financial review
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and request basic financial information to better understand your business and provide an initial sense of value.
3
Meet in person
Alongside the review, we will arrange an in-person meeting to learn more about your goals, your team, and the legacy you’ve built.
4
Letter of intent
If we mutually agree to move forward, we will work together to finalize a Letter of Intent (LOI), which is a formal, non-binding offer that outlines the purchase price (or range) and key terms of the deal.
As part of the signed LOI, we will request a 60–90 day exclusivity period to conduct due diligence, during which we may ask for additional information, with the goal of arriving at a price and structure that works well for you.
5
Due diligence
Due diligence involves a thorough review of your company’s financial history, operations, and team. We’ll hire advisors to help us understand legal, accounting, and technical aspects.
Throughout due diligence, we will meet regularly to discuss questions, specific deal details, and build a transition plan. This is often a complex and time-consuming process, during which we promise transparency, efficient communication, and empathy.
6
Sign and celebrate!
Once all parties are signed off, we’ll sign the final purchase agreement, transfer funds, and celebrate an exciting future for your business.
After closing, we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition for all employees, customers, and stakeholders.
